Elsa, the gourmet restaurant, is named after Elsa Maxwell, the Société des Bains de Mer’s first ever PR, who organised the inauguration of the Beach.
This new restaurant will serve high quality contemporary cuisine inspired by the Riviera’s culinary history. Carefully thought out and tested by Jean-Claude Brugel and his team, the menu is going to spotlight local produce through seasonal cuisine.
