This prize acknowledges a great adventure taken on by Monte-Carlo SBM, that of the recognition of Monte-Carlo Beach.

This bold challenge was met by calling on the imagination and talent of the designer architect India Mahdavi and landscape designer Jean Mus. Aquabike lessons at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club

Combining the benefits of aquagym and an exercise bike, this is an exhilarating and fun way of working out!

Aquabike lessons are given in the magnificent sea water Olympic-size pool with an unimpeded view of the Mediterranean. The purpose is to remodel and refine your body’s shape while strengthening your muscles against the water resistance, and at the same time achieving a “draining” effect as the water smoothes away cellulite and that “orange-peel” appearance.

In all, a fun alternative offering all-round exercise.
